Build ideas?

I'm trying to think of a character build idea that I won't get bored of so quickly.

I've picked up Skyrim for the first time in a couple of years, I decided on Imperial, one handed, heavy armor, block. But I'm bored of it already by level 11. I need something that will keep my interest.

Probably the longest playthroughs I have done in the past have been along he lines of classic sneak thief and two handed stormcloak.
