Traveling with RETA

Has anyone personally experienced traveling on an airplane with Reta internationally? I’m from Canada going to Italy.

Can I bring Reta in its powder form and reconstitute there having the bac water and the peptide at room temperature through the duration of the travel?

I see things online where people put them in ice packs, but when it comes in the mail in its powder form it comes in at room temperature.

And also legally speaking, bringing it over to Italy I’m obviously not prescribed this.
