Super disappointing - During the C-sale on June 2, l submitted a quick order for three bags, Naomi, Circle and Mini Crossbody (the Butterfly I'd initially hoped for jumped out of my cart, so l added the Naomi at the last second). Anyway, three days later, I receive an automated email that my order has been cancelled and a full refund had been processed. No other information.

I emailed customer service and they responded "It looks like there was a little inventory mix-up on your order, so we don't have it in stock - apologies for the hiccup!" All three bags?!

Have I been caught up in the hype? Absolutely. Maybe not to the same extent as some people, but definitely more than others. Admittedly, PLG has (had?) some useful, affordable, attractive bags. But I'II be posting most for sale.

The quality and service seem to be steadily going downhill. I love my daily carry - forest green mini crossbody. But this culture of fomo, things being constantly sold out, the crazy inventory tracking problems on multiple occasions... not to mention so many uncomfortably private stories on the insiders page. I read one person's statement how her beautiful purse helped her cope through the grieving process after the recent traumatic passing of her mother. Not that I'm yucking someone else's yum. I just don't get it.

PLG cancelled my order and I’m slowing my roll
