Why is my left carotid pulsing harder and more visible than my right carotid?

I noticed recently that I can see my left carotid artery visibly pulse. I can also see my right one, just doesn’t pulse as hard. I am thin and moreso just worried that one pulses harder than the other. Can this be normal?
