Midtown Alexandria Station - Renters?

Hi all!

Does anyone rent at Midtown Alexandria Station? If so, how much do you pay? I was looking at a 2BR 2bath but am open to hearing how much the other units rent out for as well.

Also, do you like living there and would you renew?

Thanks!
