More termites after treatment?

Had some local drywall termite treatment in areas of my house and now I am finding drywood swarmers (anywhere from 1 to 5 or 6 at a time) loose roaming on a nearby porch. Sometimes they are dead sometimes they aren’t.. is this a sign that the colony I treated is breaking up and spreading out or do I have another/bigger problem?
