30 M - I feel in pain and alone and I can't take it

I'm stuck in a marriage I don't want to be in. I don't think I love my wife. I've felt this way for years and it's made me miserable. More recently, I think I love someone else who has moved on from me, but who I cannot get over. This hurts so much and I want it to stop. I don't know who to ask for help. My parents are away, I have no friends, and my therapist isn't responding. I just want this pain to end.
