I can't find my old "background" site

Hello, I need to deep dive someone for a side issue. Long story short I used to use a site I picked up here years ago that had public arrest / dui etc... records. I was basically just text and I lost it when my PC crashed. Short cut on my desktop I took advantage of lol.

Anyway. Do you all know what that is? It's not a tru background checker like EVerify but it worked good damnit.
