Sinus like headache behind my eyes

As the title says, is this part of the c-diff process before and after? Is it because I’m not drinking enough water, possibly? I have allergies to dust, and I’ve been bleaching my entire place and cleaning non-stop, but I feel I still keep getting these headaches. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you in advance.
