What is a competitive average?

I want to apply to RCSI's 6-year program and the med program at UGalway but I keep seeing conflicting numbers as to what's competitive, and their websites only post the bare minimums rather than competitive admissions averages (normally available for Canadian schools). I'm currently in yr 11 from Canada and have a cumulative 6 course average of 89% with mid 90s in bio and chem and clinical volunteering/EC's. Really any insight would be appreciated.
