Don't stop tattoo on my sister

So my sister and I are from from tier 3 city, she was living in delhi for her studies. She used to send pictures of her lifestyle iphones, dresses and holiday trips.

I visited her last week and was shocked to see her lifestyle she told me she is working as a secretary along with her studies and that's how she can afford the lifestyle, I also noticed the tattoo on her lower back I asked her she blushed and said she was getting bored so she did it and then she changed the topic...

Also late at night she started getting ready I asked her where she is going? She said her boss called she needs to go, she comes back 6 in the morning, fully drunk and smelling of ciggerates, drenched in sweat.

Is this normal? I am little worried seeing her like this, what do you guys think??
