Living at 21st street co-op and others

Hello! I was wondering if anyone here has lived at the 21st street co-op I was considering it and wondered about stories or things I should know about it. I’ve heard very good things and a few bad and just want to know what I would be getting myself into. Along with that, are there any other co-ops you would recommend id look into?
