Is this the most toxic true crime case you have followed?
I don't really follow true crime at all. It was an accident that I became interested in this case. Saying that, I can see that there are a lot of people who just have questions about the case because its clear that something isn't right with the official story. There is a lot of missing information, things that don't make sense, inconsistencies in witness statements, suspicious behaviour from roommates, ect.
But the gas lighting and toxic hyper-aggressive pushback from some individuals against anyone who questions anything in this case, is just absolutely off the charts. I was just looking on another sub this morning and someone was saying that anyone who thinks that BK is innocent is "not human" and whole threads were "made to torment the families it murdered" and the person who wrote the thread "deserve a lifetime of suffering for it." Utterly crazy stuff.
Is this stuff normal when following TC cases? If every single case is like this, I should imagine its not really very nice to follow true crime at all.
