Im new to this game and have performance question...

Bought it bc i saw theres an dlc coming and always wanted to try out so i took the chance and i really love it so far. But even tho i have a rx 9070 xt... the game feels very stuttery.. is there some setting i can change? never had this much probs performance wise. :/
