I’m confused, first time dealing with this

Hi everyone,

I applied for a part-time job at a fast food store in Singapore.

I only filled in a form and had a very short interview. After that, the manager asked me to come for a 4-hour trial shift, but I was not officially offered the job yet. They also didn’t take my bank details or payment information.

This is my first time dealing with this kind of process, so I’m quite confused.

Is this normal?
are they still deciding after the trial shift?

What usually happens after the trial shift — do they tell you immediately or contact you later?
