Homemade Aeronautics pack doesn't launch anymore :(

I made myself a pack with Aeronautics and a bunch of Create addons, along with Sodium and Iris. For ages, I had to stop Sodium from updating cause it broke stuff. I noticed Aeronautics/Sable had an update, and downloading it, it demanded a newer version of Sodium. So I updated Sodium and Iris too, and now it boots, but whenever I try to enter into a world, it just freezes and the log says it's crashed. Anybody else had the same experience, or managed to fix it? :(
