Shefield is the worst

I bought a small trailer back in Jan. I wanted to pay with my card. It seems my bank would only let me use 2 grand at a time. Gee my money so we tried my Wife's card same thing same acct. So I told the guy at the trl place just put it through with Shefield it was only 4 grand and I paid it off in 4 payments. Then the Sh t show started. I wanted my MOC back that is the same as a title. They told me they sent it out, I called later they said I had to go to DMV to get it, I went. DMV told me no that Shefield has it so I called them back and they sent me a lien payoff paper. I already had that they emailed it to me. Then I called the Dealer and they worked on it and I got another lien pay off paper in the mail. I called the Dealer again and he said he would work on it. # days later the dealer sent me a forward from Shefield telling me they were going to send it out with ups but no tracking. I ask the dealer if he had it and said no 3 days later Shefield sent me tracking info. Now the trailer was paid off 4/19/26 and with all the B.S. I had to go through I didn't get the MOC until 6/12/26. I'm sorry for the rank and long one. But I just want to let everyone know don't use Shefield they are in NC. Thanks.
