DX12 pushes all the burden on my cpu. I NEEDED dx11.

The whole problem I had with fn frame drops was 100% DIRECTLY caused by dx12. It, as title states, directly pushes all the burden from gpu to cpu, who thought removing dx11 was a good idea???? I'm literally torching my computer anytime I play this now, and I was wondering why my computer was hurting so much. The software for fortnite is horrible. I'd say it's my fault, but if NO OTHER GAME IS DOING IT, then it's incredibly hard for me to accept that. If there's a hidden setting, or "I have to do this" to put the burden on my gpu, someone please explain it to me like I'm three, because dx12 "ON FORTNITE" is the only thing to do this to my computer, and I have no idea why.
