Please help me pay off my school fees!

Please help me! I'm a college student who is about to get to 3rd year, but isn't allowed to do so because I have a balance of 3000 Philippine pesos, as well as a 2000 peso books fee.

Enrollment ends in 3 days and I desperately need the help please!
