POV: Windows casually threatening to ruin your GPU drivers

Windows is threatening to downgrade my drivers (btw not just the AMD driver - it threatens same for my Intel network adapter and my audio interface...)

I disabled most bloat services. I disabled driver updates in any way possible. I disabled automated updates in any way possible. So, why does it do that? Well, I made the mistake of downloading a security update manually because, well, security updates are kind of important to have.

This is an issue that I already fixed 5 years ago and never appeared again after that. But Windows magically finds a way to mess it up anyways.
