People with OAS, does your mouth burn for over 12 hours?

Trying to figure out what the heck is going on with me. If this isn't OAS then it's salicylate sensitivity. Experiencing burning mouth after eating raw fruits and vegetables. (Headaches, joint pain and dizziness too) But instead of itchy it's a burning that lasts hours and hours.
