Hello all ! Please help/advise/suggest for F1 VISA

I’m in my last semester of Bachelor and I really want to pursue my masters in U.S. so please help me how can I apply to U.S universities with my 1-7 semesters consolidated transcript (I also attested this transcript from HEC).

First tell me can I apply on hope certificate with 7 semesters transcript ?

Second where to shortlist universities ?

I don’t have any extra money that I use for consultancy so tell me can I do my whole process by myself ?

I will graduate from BS in July and can get my bachelor clearance from university in 1st week of August so I think Spring 27 intake I can target on early decisions , right ?
