Unable to Start Timer After Dashboard Changes - Anyone Else?

Is anyone else having issues starting the timer after the recent dashboard changes?

My Outlier dashboard looks different now. The Aether section has disappeared and been replaced with "Skills." I can still see tasks available in MM, but i have no access to usual outlier timer.

I'm not sure if this is related to the new dashboard layout or if something is wrong with my account.

Has anyone else experienced this? If so, were you able to fix it, or is this a platform-wide issue?
