In need of advice

Advice

I'm just looking to this community for any advice someone might have.

I had a seizure last year they suspect it was a tonic clonic but I was alone at the time and so hard to verify though they did body temp etc afterwards and confirmed I was borderline hypothermic which tracked with postictal phase. I had an mri, which was clear, and thanks to waitlists in uk, I have only just started the second phase of testing with the first seizure team.

For reffrence I have had moments of disorentation/ dizziness ( what looks to others like I'm about to or falling asleep) I lose moments and I can't control it, since I was arround 14/15 years old. I have tried everything to cure theese more water. Special diets. More sleep. Less sleep, nothing has stopped them. But my mother wasn't one for medical help for anything like that, and so I got on with life as best I could. These times always happen when I'm seated and trying to focus intently on something like work ( on screens ) or studying ( my handwriting dueing it jerks accross the page and turns illegible) and they are always worse when I'm stressed or the week of my period.

I had an abulatory ecg for a week in March. Then, I was suddenly called in for an eeg at a week's notice on may 28th. I had one or two of these head drop /dizzy moments during the eeg ( tech said i should get results in a letter in arround 8 weeks time). And starting to feel like they've caught something as i got an email on the 11th of june to say ive been scheduled for an in person consult on monday july 6th at 9.30am with the nurologist I've never seen only spoke to on the phone.

Anyone have any advice of this kind of thing? I'm a young mum and abit all over the place with it stressing me out more than usual.
