Tattoo keeps weeping

I got a blackout done on Wednesday, it's now Sunday and I have two spots that are still leaking black ink, on my inner biceps and forearm, even though the rest of my arm is already flaking off.

Is this cause for concern? Does continue weeping tend to lead to infection and/or less color on those spots?
