JAGEX, World/Server Housekeeping?

Hey any JMods lurking around here,

Any plans on reviewing the amount of worlds that we have in comparison to the playerbase? I think there's too much worlds for too little players.

This contributes to the feeling of the game looking empty as the playerbase is too spread out to the different servers.
