I want to quit masturbating but I can't and don't know how to

Recently I've been masterbaiting a lot and can't go a day without looking at porn or having desires to have sex I want to stop I've quit before for 3 months and now when I try to quit I can't last a week or even 3 days and I really hate it and don't want to continue doing this cause it's really affecting my life
