thinking of visiting mussoorie during 1st week of july

honestly im unsure because of the fact that it might rain like does it rain there during the start of july? moving forward to further questions like where should i visit i have 4 days in Mussoorie or should i go for Dehradun as well? if yes how many days where should i visit? and where to stay considered both hostel and private room im thinking of GoStops /Shalom backpackers as of now would love to know more recommendations and after these 4 days im considering to go visit Rishikesh so have same questions for rishikesh as well , please do lemme know !
