sleepy, sorry. the 6 smaller fluid containers will hold diesel to charge batteries. i will not have a single place to get fuel, i will have to destroy the pumpjack, find a new oil vein and make it again (im not gonna use biodiesel). then transport the oil to the ship, make the diesel and gasoline, max blast the engines till batteries are full and top off the fuel.

am i underestimating the power requirements and time to charge? i also dont want to never have to land. and how should i wire it? is there a proper way? i want life support (oxygen generators) and red flashing lights to go out last. power generations the main thing.

additional info if you wanna do something similar.

* gonna cheat in the ship but it will be mostly empty, also a pumpjack. the bellow deck will be for me, and my friends will build on top.
* boilers will be used to send heat with pipes through the ship because everything will be cold.
* true darkness will be installed, so inside the ship with no light will be ruff.
* realistic torches/lanterns/campfires will also make vision in the ship worse.
* shattered world limits and deeper oceans will be installed, so the world and oceans will also be super deep. also continents, so we can actually traverse the ocean.
* if lighting can hit lightning rods on ships (probably cant) i want it to turn off the power. also might hide a mob spawner in there. (this will only punish me, cause it would be in my area)
* diamonds will only spawn very, very deep -400. and the cave dweller will also spawn at those depths.
* oxygen tanks will be required if we go below -200. or go to high up.
* 9: i heard that realistic waves mod isnt to bad, if it wont lag with the other mods ill add that to.
* wither storm will be configured to be tankier but slower.

power grid/diesel generators advice, is the storage on the side for diesel enough? how should i wire things?
