There's leaking in our hotel, need help.

Our hotel started in 2016 but the building is older. The pipes are old too and are still those iron pipes (i think). Plumbers always say its the pipes because they're old, thats why theyre leaking. I kind of accepted it already.

My questions:

  1. Is there any way i could trace the leaking so that I dont have to destroy everything just to find the source of the leaking?

  1. Is there a way to change the pipes to pvc without closing the hotel or getting the job too messy? Or is making another line for each of the rooms easier?

  1. Also we use a deep well for the water in our hotel, and that probably made the pipes get rusty and probably cracked and caused the leaking, is there a way to filter that out? We already have a filter and we do backwashing everyday but its still not effective to remove the yellowish water and probably years of buildup has corrupted the pipes etc.

Just needed some advice, dont know what else to ask. Thanks.
