FSR 4 doesn’t change FPS in Marvel Rivals

I currently have a 9070XT + 5700X3D

No matter which setting of FS4 I choose (Quality, Balanced, Performance) it doesn’t increase the FPS whatsoever and it’s the same as if I’m running Native
