Tirz and TMI Sex Question

I’ve been on Tirz since January. Things are mostly great. However, I’ve noticed changes to two very specific sex acts.

One, blow jobs. I’m gagging way more than usual. I *do* have a higher gag reflex but it’s gotten worse. Vomiting is also a side effect I’ve dealt with, not every injection or dosage increase but on occasion.

Two, I squirt during orgasm (not wanting to argue if this is “real” or not, please) but that has stopped with Tirz. Sex and libido are otherwise fine. I do my best to stay hydrated but still get dry mouth.

I know these are very specific issues, and it’s asking a lot of the community to open up with their own experiences, but it makes me question if the Tirz is worth it.
