Missing parcel

Hi, evri have delivered a parcel someone bought off me for £70, the person has messaged to say they haven’t received it, I do believe her because she sent the photo evri used to prove they’ve delivered it and it’s the man trying to post it through a letterbox, even though it’s a pair of shoes that would never fit through, it’s also the fact he hasn’t handed it to anyone.

What happens now? She’s reported it to vinted but do I have to do anything, will I loose money because of this or will I still be paid because evri have submitted the photo as evidence of delivery?
