I need help please

My friends bf died and she can't go to Tokyo next month, but she got tickets for the poke park (12.7. ace trainer pass, universal studio Japan cards + Nintendo world entry (26.7.) and 2 studio Ghibli tickets (23.7.)

Is someone in Japan who would buy them from her? She needs the money back, but the tickets were bought by him and we're a present for her.
