PC - DP - No visuals

Hi everyone, maybe you can help me—I’m pretty stumped right now.

I ordered a new PC through Systemtreff during a sale. The PC was delivered, but I had to restart it 10 times before it recognized the M2 drive with Windows on it—great. I sent the PC back for repair. Now it’s back from the repair shop.

Now I can’t get a picture through the DisplayPort. I’m using the same cable and the same monitor as before, and I had no trouble getting a picture before the “repair.”

I’ve also already tried a different monitor, a different cable, and an HDMI cable. I can’t get a picture with any of them. All devices are plugged in, new, and powered on.

It doesn’t matter whether I plug the DP into the graphics card or the motherboard. I’ve also selected ‘DP’ as the source on the monitor. The computer is also running; the fans are spinning and the RGB lights are on.

According to the repair report, the motherboard was replaced and Windows was reinstalled.
