Horizon Stars 194/195

Hello everyone,

I completed all the stories and when I loaded jn today it said I have 194/195 horizon stars earned. anyone know how to get the last one or if it is a glitch?

I checked my collection journal and I completed all stories with 3 stars. I also earned the achievement on steam for completing all stories.
