Fallout in spain could actually slap

Idk if anyone posted about this before, but hear me out, we already have some big mods to change where you play, to mention the big one fallout London witch i find very good, but that also grew a couple of questions, what WOULD spain , or the Iberian peninsula actually be in the fallout universe, as im aware there is very little if no actual lore about Europe and specifically the Iberian peninsula, yet if you think about it from the “make a mod like london that lets you play in another place thats not America” perspective, it could actually go very hard knowing Spain’s geography and variation in ecosystem irl, like southern spain is basically fallout new vegas all over again and the north specifically around like Galicia being basically far harbour, and all the historical and cultural aspects that Spain haves, like in the fallout franchise dew to it being based on the USA, we don’t really see castles or historical very old structures (with a few exceptions) meanwhile a fallout in Spain would be filled with castles and historical infrastructure that we literally just cannot see in the US, not to mention the lac of corporations like robco, general atomics, vault-tec, and similars having already been in bad shape dew to the resource wars over oil, and the lack of events like FEV outbreaks and experimentations, a fallout based on the Iberian peninsula would be at the very least very interesting specially for some specific details like obviously we know new vegas haves that cowboy western kinda feeling but that culture comes from Spanish vaqueros and ranch life in spain , in any case, though on this idea?
