Weekly Crew Check in Episodes?

Do any of you know what episodes they have talked about their weekly check ins? I dont recall them talking about it more than once ever. But I remember at one point someone explained how to boat dynamics work and how they have a weekly check in, no cameras, no working and nothing like that. Where they talk have a meal and its mandatory. And they go around letting everyone know what was good and what was bad so there is like a dedicated moment where there is open communication where people gotta listen and no arguing.

Setting up some house rules and wanna use the clip as another way to explain and as an example.
