Sponsorship roles and advice

Hi all, I’m writing on here to gain advice from professionals already working. I’m currently working as a community engagement practitioner within NLFT via a mental health charity. I’ve been applying for AP and research roles. I work as an honorary AP within CNWL and as a Peer Researcher for a project at UCL alongside my full-time role. I haven’t been receiving interviews, and I’m really keen on getting a research or AP role directly within the NHS. Looking to network with people who can maybe connect me to any opportunities.
