How do artists have their setups?

Hey guys, I am experiencing severe wrist pain and back pain. My chair is bad and so is my desk my back literally hurts a lot if I sit there for more than an hour.

And my wrist hurts a lot because of my desk. I genuinely hate pre-made desks. (I am talking about the ones that are built into the house) And my desk space is cramped as hell. I am thinking of cleaning it tomorrow to get some space.

And for people who may type "Just buy a new desk and chair" I can't 🥀 I am a minor nor do I have any money to currently do that, my parents are tight on budgets right now so any advice for a digital artist setup please help my spine genuinely screams for help...
