no fetal pole?!

I (22F) and my husband (21M) are pregnant with our first child, and we couldn’t be more excited. I’m 6w4d as of today. Last Tuesday, we went to the hospital to get some cramping I was having checked out. They did a blood draw, my hCG was 19562 at 5w6d since LMP. They did both an abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound, saw a gestational sac, and a yolk sac, but no fetal pole. They said it isn’t any cause for concern yet as it may be too early at that time to have seen the embryo, but as a first time mom it has me worried. Anyone else go through something similar?
