Used Car Tech vs Lube Tech

Discussion

Posted this in r/mechanics as well, and they gave great advice but I wanted to see if there are different responses/opinions here.

Recently, I received a lube tech job offer at a local Honda. However, I just received an offer from another Honda to be a tech in their used car dealership. The pay is a little better, and I’d still have access to all the Honda training materials, but the variety will be much wider for better and worse. Which way should I lean? Lube tech or used car tech?

For context, I’ve been working in a small independent shop for the past few months so I have some experience, just no dealership experience
