Having issues with POV

When I go to search for a movie, and try to play it, it doesn’t work, all the options pop up, but once it tries to load the movie it just takes me back to the title of movie. I’ve tried testing a lot of movies and it all seems to be the same. Only when I select from the “popular, trending, recently released” lists they work. Tested out tv shows and they work fine.

I’m not trying to play obscure movies either, because when I go into it, a whole list of 4K, 1080p pop up.
