I have a eating disorder and i believe i got because of a weed cartidrage

Hello i been recently loosing a lot of weight and i think its because of a cartidrage called mellow fellow i bought it from a smoke shop a while ago and wanted to know if anyone has experienced something similar and how i can stop loosing weight?
