Transitioning toddler to own bed

My daughter recently turned two. She’s slept in my room her whole life, in a bassinet/cot until about 6 months and since then in my bed.

She’s got her own room, everything is child-proofed, her bed is set up, and I just…. don’t know how to go about convincing her to sleep in there, let alone by herself.

Anyone been through the same? I’m open to any and all advice that doesn’t include crying it out.
