We've been dating for five years now, I used to be such a confident girl - never doubting myself or letting people push me around. That changed three months ago. A man raped me.

It was disgusting in my mind - I've always been a lesbian and I hate guys, but now I can't leave my house without getting terrified! I can't contact anyone either, the moment I try I start freaking out.

When you come to my home, the door opens automatically as you've got your own key. When you come in, there's bags of garbage everywhere, takeout boxes scattered all over the counters and floor. I'm laying in my bedroom, unwashed and curled up under my blankets. The once confident girl who made you feel safe nowhere to be seen!
