Is there a volume issue on the new 4k Pro?

I’ve been using the new longer version of the 4k Pro for a couple months now and there seems to be a volume issue. I have a Vizio sound bar hooked up to my TV but ever since I got the new 4K Pro there seems to be an issue where after adjusting the volume with the remote the unit itself adjust the volume on its own, either making the sound louder or quieter does anyone else have this issue?
