I want to ask a tiny question

I am new to the poe2 and i never played poe so i don't really know anything about the games but is this economy situation normal, i mean if you are not playing 10+ hours a day and grind currency strategically or if you aren't lucky and couldn't drop any high value items, is it even possible to buy some expensive items like mageblood. Okay i am randomly playing the game 2-3 hours a day and i only got the endgame but come on i only got 2 or 3 divines how could i imagine getting items like that. If it is weird or stupid question sorry but i am really cruious about that.
