Help me find this perk please I feel like I’m losing it

Had a game against an attempted bully squad today, whenever I kicked a generator my movement was slowed - progress bar showing red and perk showing slowdown pops up in corner. Overall my genrral movement speed felt really slowed too. I either forgot to look at what this perk was that effected me or didn't see it in post game but I‘m completely unable to find it. Visually it looked very similar to the overall shape of Botany Knowlege, kind of a diamond shape in the middle with triangle pieces coming down below but I can’t see anything in survivor perks that remotely matches this. I’ve been on the wiki and various perk lists and can’t see it anywhere
