Does White Death worth it just for TMNT / Usagi?

Hello everyone. I came across the game in an LGS and looked interesting - despite the fact that I'm not so fond of zombie-based games. After some research, I saw that the newer editions / settings have some interesting add-ons that were used to be gamefound / kickstarter exclusive, but they are fairly approachable on the secondary market.

I'm a fan of Usagi Yojimbo and TMNT, and also love samurai / bushido things - so it seems White Death is a perfect product for me. After some research, it seems most people consider it as one of the hardest Zombicide box, some may even put it in the NPE category due to unfairness. I generally don't mind a harder game as long as it does not feel impossible. Does the TMNT / Usagi / Bushido expansions make it fairer / more managable? Also, does the game worth it if my playgroup is only willing to play with these expansions? The Rocksteady / Bebop box has a crazy price so most likely we will skip that one, but the others we would get. Thanks!
